About the role

We are seeking a data-driven, articulate Affiliate Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team. This role is a hybrid of digital marketing strategy and data analysis, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for our affiliate partners, optimize campaigns, identify new growth opportunities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable reports.

Responsibilities

• North Star Objectives:
  • Champion Kikoff’s products and services as the influential main point of contact for our active partners
  • Contribute to Kikoff’s ambitious new user acquisition goals through account management, up/cross-selling, and optimizations
  • Consistently overachieve monthly acquisition goals and grow your career as a contributing member of Kikoff
• Affiliate Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned affiliate partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships
  • Communicate regularly with affiliates to understand their needs, provide support, and address concerns
  • Act as a liaison between affiliates and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, promotions, and campaign strategies
  • Manage central inboxes to answer common questions and provide support to existing and inquiring partners
  • Draft compelling recruitment pitches and partner newsletters that drive action
• Campaign Management and Optimization:
  • Work closely with affiliate partners to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Present strategic guidance and recommendations to partners to maximize performance and reach their goals
• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and revenue generated by affiliate partners
  • Prepare regular reports (monthly, weekly) on affiliate program performance for internal stakeholders and affiliates
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Synthesize and share creative learnings from campaigns with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (or in progress)
• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or a related role (affiliate agency experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners and teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data software such as Tableau and Amplitude
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, Appsflyer), Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), and AI automation tools (e.g., Claude Cowork, Claude Code)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a “test and learn” approach
• Experience with DTC, subscription, or fintech is a plus

Pay

Base Range: $110,000 - $125,000 USD
