Key job responsibilities
- Maintain constant, tactical communication with external freight partners (carriers, suppliers, and customers) and internal stakeholders (product, business intelligence, sales, and fulfillment centers)
- Expertly pull data from various databases using tools like Excel, SQL, and Access to perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Publish performance metrics to help drive business results and identify areas for improvement
- Systematically escalate issues or data variances to the appropriate teams and follow through on resolutions
- Meet tight deadlines to address critical business needs while tracking and measuring your own activities
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings and recommendations
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Are 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a similar field

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
