About the role

The Operations Associate is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing support to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and record-keeping

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations or customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
