About the role
The Operations Associate is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing support to the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and record-keeping
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations or customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
