About the Role

Join the Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS) product line, where we are developing and delivering the future of electronic warfare today. AEWS focuses on robust sustainment strategies for active platforms, leveraging decades of proven fielded capability, operational analysis, and warfighter needs to provide high technology readiness level (TRL) and manufacturing readiness level (MRL) solutions for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). Our systems deliver advanced situational awareness and countermeasures for both traditional and non-traditional platforms.

The AEWS team is pioneering a Product Based Organization (PBO) to transform complex systems into commercial products, reshaping how we conduct business. As an Operations Program Manager in the PBO, you will drive program strategy with a strong manufacturing and supply chain background. Key activities include make/where decisions, material strategy development, automation, affordability, managing design through full-rate production, and transitioning production across business sites.

Responsibilities

  • Drive program strategy with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Make critical make/where decisions for PBO products.
  • Develop and deploy material strategies.
  • Implement automation and affordability initiatives.
  • Manage design concepts through full-rate production.
  • Facilitate transition to production across business sites.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to forge new commercial models for Electronic Combat Systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of work experience or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent program/project management skills.
  • Strong background in Supply Chain and Procurement.
  • Strong Manufacturing background.
  • Demonstrated experience in development and production programs.
  • Proven acumen with EVMS and Cost Account Management best practices.
  • Experience with proposals and the Operations proposal process.
  • Experience working across business sites and in virtual environments.
  • High degree of ethics and strong core values.
  • Exceptional oral communication and formal presentation skills.
  • Ability to establish excellent internal and external customer relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with initiative, creativity, and innovation.
  • High level of business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage scope and budget.
  • Exceptional management and leadership skills, with clear and concise communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Agile, or other related Certifications.
  • Experience in both Manufacturing AND Supply Chain.
  • Strong foundation in the Operations function.
  • CAM/Financial Management experience.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management expertise.
  • Plan for Every Part / Left Shift / Sourcing Experience.
  • CAB/Yield Improvement Boards and Affordability experience.
  • Risk and Operations analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop Leadership presentations for Operations and Program functions.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $132,962 - $226,035. Individual salaries are determined by factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
