ACES Operations Program Manager III
About the Role
In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to deliver unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities that enhance mission survivability. As part of the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) product line, you will lead Operations content as an Operations Program Manager III supporting a large development program. You will be responsible for program performance, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost adherence against the baseline plan. This role partners closely with the ACES Operations Program Management organization.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage Operations performance against the baseline program plan, including quality, schedule, and cost.
- Utilize Operations data to present clear, concise status updates to Operations Management, Program Management, and Engineering Management.
- Track costs using existing tools and procedures, presenting cost positions, EAC (Estimate at Completion) positions, and variance explanations against the released budget.
- Actively participate in project and team meetings, providing clear direction to functional areas.
- Foster teamwork among personnel supporting various phases of program efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new processes that improve efficiencies, reduce defects, and lower costs.
- Apply knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and program execution.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the team, support functions, and management up to the Business Area Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of work experience or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations to all leadership levels.
- Highly motivated, solution-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrated experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System) and Cost Account Management.
- Proven business and financial acumen, with the ability to manage scope and budget.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership.
- Must be able to obtain Special Access Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Operations or a Technical field.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Supply Chain.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing an Operations Project in Production or Development.
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $132,962 – $226,035. Individual salaries are determined by factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
