We are seeking a highly motivated Project/Program Manager III to support critical initiatives within a large-scale engineering and operations environment. This role requires a professional who can manage multiple workstreams, coordinate vendors, communicate effectively with leadership, and proactively identify and mitigate risks while keeping projects on track.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate complex project and program initiatives from planning through execution.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Drive vendor performance and accountability through ongoing coordination and scorecard reviews.
- Facilitate weekly stakeholder meetings and project status reviews.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Develop executive-level reporting, project updates, and performance metrics.
- Identify blockers early and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Influence cross-functional partners and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE:
- - Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, Infrastructure, Operations Engineering, or related field)
- - 5+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience
- - Strong experience with: Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Risk Mitigation, Project Planning & Execution, Executive Communications, Status Reporting, Meeting Facilitation
- - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- - Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience supporting engineering, operations, infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing environments
- Experience leading large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong presentation and influence skills
- Experience working directly with vendors, contractors, or external partners
