Aesthetics, Wellness & Longevity Patient Coordinator

Mend Wellness, Aesthetics & Longevity, formerly CardioMender, is seeking an organized, personable and motivated Patient Coordinator to join our growing practice in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The Patient Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for new and existing patients, managing inquiries, scheduling, check-in, checkout and follow-up. This role helps create a welcoming, seamless patient experience while supporting consultation bookings, rebooking, patient retention and practice growth. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, follows through consistently and thrives in a busy environment. Previous experience in aesthetics, wellness or a medical office is preferred, along with confidence discussing services, pricing and provider-recommended treatment options. This on-site position offers $19 per hour, a flexible schedule and KPI-based bonus opportunities.
