Aesthetician/Laser Technician

About the role

We are seeking a motivated full-time Aesthetician / Laser Technician to perform advanced skincare and laser treatments, conduct client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate clients on services and home care.

Responsibilities

• Performing treatments such as laser hair removal, IPL, CO2 resurfacing, RF microneedling, HydraFacial, chemical peels, and advanced facials
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring treatment rooms are stocked and compliant
• Collaborating with team members to enhance client experience and support practice growth
• Driving retail sales, memberships, and service packages
• Participating in promotions, events, and growth initiatives

Requirements

• Active Georgia Aesthetician and Assistant Laser Practitioner licenses
• At least 2 years of experience in a med spa or clinical setting
• Proficiency with laser and energy-based devices
• Strong communication, consultation, and sales skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

Skills & Equipment

• Experience with advanced devices such as CO2 lasers, InMode systems, SkinPen, HydraFacial, and chemical peels
• Ability to deliver customized treatments with precision and consistency

Pay

Hourly pay plus commissions and performance incentives
