About the role

JECT is a medical aesthetics practice specializing in cosmetic injectables, advanced device treatments, and medical‑grade skincare. The practice offers a curated menu of services in a warm, inviting environment where safety and results are the highest priorities. This position is for an aesthetician who is passionate about skin care and will provide professional, skilled skincare services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their skin type and concerns.
• Develop personalized skincare plans and treatment recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
• Perform facials, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and massage.
• Administer peels and other advanced skincare treatments.
• Work with the Provider team to create specific treatment plans for clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Address client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Educate clients on products to enhance their procedures.
• Maintain client records and track treatment progress.
• Follow all sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure client safety and well‑being.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as defined by the business.

Requirements

• Valid state license to practice as an aesthetician.
• 2+ years prior experience working as a licensed aesthetician.
• Prior work in a med spa or medical setting is a plus.
• Self‑starter and team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Sales skills and the ability to recommend products effectively.
