About the role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team at Elase. In this role, you will provide personalized skincare and clinical treatments to provide best in class customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics, a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in medical aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations to understand clients' skincare concerns, goals, and medical history.
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments and procedures within the aesthetician scope, including but not limited to facials, superficial chemical peels, and noninvasive body contouring.
- Customize treatment plans and recommend skincare products based on clients' individual needs, skin type, and desired outcomes.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, post-treatment care, and lifestyle factors that may impact skin health and appearance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records, including client information, treatment plans, product usage, and treatment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, infection control protocols, and safety standards in all aspects of service delivery.
- Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, trusting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Work with clinic team towards monthly sales goals.
- Oversee the Point of Sale transaction with clients and work within the system for scheduling.
- Provide delegated Laser Hair removal services with verified training.
- Other duties as assigned when not performing services.
Requirements
- Current, active TDLR Esthetician License required
- Laser Training Certificate required
- 1-3 years of aesthetic experience required
- High School Diploma required
- Point of Sale Experience a plus
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and dermatological conditions, as well as familiarity with skincare products and ingredients.
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to perform treatments safely and effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client appointments a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Passion for empowering clients and colleagues, with a genuine interest in the field of medical aesthetics.

- Full time, ranging from 32-40 hours a week depending on the needs of the business.
- Must be available to work when our locations are open (including nights, Saturdays, and federal holidays).
