Aesthetic Technician - Licensed Practical Nurse ( Part- Time)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Embraces the Sono Bello Mission Statement and Core Values, prioritizing patient safety and experience.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA protocols.
• Achieves key performance indicators including monthly sales, upsell targets, and productivity goals.
• Manages patient lead effectively, contacts, and provides outreach as needed.
• Reviews paperwork thoroughly before procedures to confirm all necessary elements are present.
• Executes treatments according to company policies and procedures.
• Ensures a safe and error-free patient care environment.
• Recognizes and delegates care appropriately to RNs and Physicians.
• Practices standard precautions, hand hygiene, and personal protective equipment.
• Implements Quality Improvement measures as per QI policy and AAAHC guidelines.
• Keeps up-to-date with electronic tracking tools and databases, comprehending all associated policies and procedures.
• Completes initial and annual training requirements.
• Attends and participates in scheduled meetings and staff education sessions.
• Provides backup support for other administrative staff as necessary.

Additional Skills and Responsibilities

• Laser Safety: Knowledge of laser usage areas and control access.
• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Document Reading: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Writing Reports: Ability to write reports and correspondence.

Pay and Benefits

Compensation Range: $24.79 USD - $30.98 USD
Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and business needs.
