Pay
$28/hr base rate + tips & commission | $55/hr guaranteed rate
Schedule
- Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday, with another weekday (Mon-Fri) available.
- Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website, subject to change).
- Scheduled 11 hours, working 10 hours after breaks.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week but have the ability to flex to 2 and occasional a 3rd shift as needed.
- Must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.
- Ability to commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.
About the role
As part of the clinic team, the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients with excellent services using advanced medical-grade technologies and skin care product recommendations on their customized skincare journey. While other companies specialize in injectables, hair removal, and tattoo removal, we specialize in one thing—facials. Helping develop effective routines and customized plans for clients with compassion and high-energy. RNs should be ready to join a hard-working and high-volume medical-grade skincare clinic.
Reports to: Clinic Manager
Responsibilities
- Creating Curated Client Experiences
- Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials best suited for current and prospective clients’ personal skincare needs and ensure they are safe and effective for all skin types.
- Discuss the importance of the skincare protocols created by the medical team.
- Celebrate the success of the results our clients see.
- Supporting Store Operations Success
- Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy in all processes and procedures within the business.
- Assist with training (precepting), coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations.
- Establish adequate staffing to ensure timely patient visits.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/store systems.
- Establish and maintain effective client retention processes.

- Partner with the clinic team to provide a people-oriented, enjoyable, and comfortable workplace of belonging.

Requirements
- Current State Nursing License (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through an accredited association.
- 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
- Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, and able to function well within a team to provide safe and therapeutic services.
- Customer service is our #1 priority; must have exceptional communication skills and be capable of problem-solving.
- Must have an outgoing personality yet a calming presence, making clients comfortable.
- Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure high Skin Laundry standards are always met.
- Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal-oriented.
- Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.
Qualifications
- Required education: Associate degree.
- Preferred experience: 1 year as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Physical Requirements
- This role requires long periods of sitting and standing.
- Individuals are required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets.
