Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
About the role
Join Pinch as a 1099 contractor Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Virginia, delivering aesthetic treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in clients' homes. Set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the support of an established brand.
As a Founding Provider, you’ll help define at-home aesthetics in your community, with first access to events, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver treatments (tox, microneedling, chemical peels, facials) safely and to Pinch’s clinical standards.
- Build and maintain a client base from Pinch’s marketing and your personal network.
- Set and manage your schedule, averaging 10–20 hours per week.
- Use Pinch’s marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals.
- Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records.
Requirements
- Active APRN license in Virginia.
- Certification in injectables (or readiness to complete Pinch’s Injectables Master Certification).
- If newer to injectables: availability to attend a required in-person training (see dates below).
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for aesthetics.
Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, an existing patient network, or interest in events/influencer programs.
