Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

CardioMender | Pembroke Pines, FL | Full-time CardioMender is expanding its established practice to offer more aesthetic and wellness services. We're seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to lead patient consultations, deliver exceptional injectable treatments, and help build a growing aesthetics program. This is a hands-on clinical and leadership role for an NP who is confident treating patients, developing treatment plans, and growing a loyal patient base. Responsibilities Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized aesthetic treatment plansPerform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments with a strong focus on safety, natural-looking results, and patient experienceEducate patients on treatment options, expected results, maintenance, and appropriate follow-up careDocument consultations, treatments, photos, and outcomes accurately in the practice's systemsBuild lasting patient relationships and support retention through consistent care and follow-throughHelp establish clinical workflows, treatment standards, and a collaborative team culture as the aesthetics program growsTrack individual production and contribute to the growth of the practice Qualifications Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license and applicable certificationsSubstantial hands-on experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillersA strong portfolio of aesthetic work and demonstrated success in patient consultations and treatment planningAbility to discuss prior production or performance results and explain how you built your patient baseExcellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient safetyInterest in helping shape and grow an expanding aesthetic practice Experience with skin treatments, wellness services, or leading an aesthetics team is a plus.
