About the role

Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! Multiple positions available across our Business Units.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, implements, installs, maintains, and administers infrastructures including hardware, software, and various configurations.
  • Works with others to establish and improve processes and procedures.
  • Breaks down complex problems into traceable tasks and concisely communicates project status.
  • Develops & manages interfaces through requirements and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and drawings.
  • Leads and presents at major gated reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) on system overall technical readiness and status of Systems Engineering deliverables.
  • Owns the verification and validation planning, traceability, and completion through test plan creation and completion of Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs).

Qualifications

  • An active Top Secret (preferrable) or Secret (acceptable) clearance is required for this role.
  • A minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or another technical field, earned within the last year and able to start by Fall 2026.
  • Experience with Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering on complex systems.
  • Experience with requirements development/management tools such as Jama.
  • Experience with systems engineering modeling tools, such as Rhapsody or Cameo.
  • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering.
  • Experience with Flight Dynamics.
  • Previous customer facing roles with experience presenting to and directly interacting with customers.

Desired

  • A Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical subject area.
  • Experience with systems engineering modeling tools, such as Rhapsody or Cameo.
  • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering.
  • Experience with Flight Dynamics.
  • Previous customer facing roles with experience presenting to and directly interacting with customers.
