About the role
Unitek Technical Services provides supplier management, development, and related technical services to corporations around the world.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final source inspections including First Article inspections per AS9102 Quality Standards (Basic inspection requirements)
- Read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications, geometric dimensioning and tolerances per ANSI/ASME Y 14.5
- Knowledge of handheld measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Pass a GE quiz
Requirements
- Willingness to travel within a 150-mile radius of Cincinnati and support needs in Dayton, OH
- Occasional support in Indianapolis may be required
- US Citizen only, unable to sponsor at this time
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Proficiency in using handheld measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Skills
- Strong reading comprehension skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Attention to detail
