About the role
Responsible for painting and finishing various aerospace components to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Painting and finishing aircraft components using high-quality materials and techniques.
- Ensuring adherence to quality control procedures and meeting production deadlines.
- Performing maintenance and repairs on painting equipment as needed.
- Adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in aircraft painting or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using various types of spray guns and painting equipment.
- Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good physical stamina and strength.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
