About the role

This full-time, on-site Aerospace Manufacturing Cost Estimator role is based at Radius Aerospace’s facility in Hot Springs, AR. The Cost Estimator analyzes engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes to develop accurate cost estimates for aerospace components and assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate data from production, engineering, purchasing, and suppliers.
• Prepare detailed labor, material, and overhead estimates.
• Support budgeting for new programs and existing contracts.
• Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and program management to monitor cost performance, identify variances, and recommend cost-control actions.
• Contribute to bid and proposal activities by preparing pricing models, cost summaries, and supporting documentation that align with customer and regulatory requirements.
