Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO - B2B Edition) implementation.

Proven expertise in solution architecture, design, and end-to-end solutioning.

Capable of performing a techno-functional role, effectively bridging business requirements with technical implementation.

Skilled in eliciting, articulating, and translating business and functional requirements into scalable AEP and AJO solutions.

Experienced in leading discussions with multiple client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, and proposing optimal solution designs aligned with business objectives.

Strong ability to drive client workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead implementation conversations from discovery through deployment.
