Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO - B2B Edition) implementation.

Proven expertise in solution architecture, design, and end-to-end solutioning.

Capable of performing a techno-functional role, effectively bridging business requirements with technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Eliciting, articulating, and translating business and functional requirements into scalable AEP and AJO solutions.
• Leading discussions with multiple client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, and proposing optimal solution designs aligned with business objectives.
• Driving client workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading implementation conversations from discovery through deployment.
