About the role

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in process
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay
• Assisting with reservations and managing guest requests
• Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in using hotel management software

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or tourism industry preferred
• Knowledge of local culture and customs beneficial
• Fluency in English and Turkish (or willingness to learn)

Pay

Salary range: €15 - €20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Shifts are typically Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and holiday work required. Specific schedules are determined based on venue needs and individual performance.
