TITLE

About the role

The Technical Manager will oversee and coordinate all technical operations of the company's state-of-the-art thermal production facility in Ptolemaida. This position is part of the largest and most innovative water treatment company in the country.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the strategy of the Technical Department
• Monitor the operation of all technical systems
• Manage and develop teams of Maintenance, Technical Support, and Mechanics
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs for the entire equipment of the company
• Manage the technical budget and propose cost-saving and energy-efficient measures
• Evaluate new technologies in thermal production (water treatment systems, sensors, automation systems, energy solutions)
• Achieve compliance with HSE/QSHE standards and food safety requirements
• Manage technicians, external contractors, and service technicians
• Issue technical specifications, procedures, and operating guidelines for the company
• Provide tactical briefings to Management for technician performance, work progress, and investment needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Hellenic University)
• Experience in industrial plants, manufacturing units, or high-tech thermal facilities
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
• Experience in budget management and technical contracts
• Advanced understanding of HSE/QSHE standards
• Excellent proficiency in Greek and English
• Proficiency in ERP and MS Office
• Specialized knowledge in water treatment systems and high-tech thermal facilities
• Familiarity with HVAC systems
• Ability to analyze production data and technical measurements
