AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader ensures the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. They lead the Floorset team, manage merchandising, and foster a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Executes killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards.
• Ensures the store stays in top shape through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Owns merchandising opportunities and collaborates with leadership to implement plans.
• Maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, ensuring the team understands their importance.
• Promotes a culture of recognition and celebrates team wins.
• Maintains store safety standards and adheres to AEO policies and procedures.

• Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Has retail merchandising and visual skills.
• Has relevant experience in retail work.
