AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader ensures the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. They lead the Floorset team, manage merchandising and replenishment, and foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Merchandising Team Leader in creating an outstanding guest experience by maintaining AEO Brand Standards.
• Executes and trains the Floorset team to achieve Floorset standards across the store.
• Ensures the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment and sell-through adjustments.
• Maintains store safety standards and participates in shrink-reducing strategies.
• Champions a culture of recognition and celebrates team wins.

Requirements

• Loves AE and Aerie products.
• Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Is flexible with availability, working early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Has retail merchandising and visual skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.

Pay

Actual starting pay is determined by relevant experience and location. Paid sick leave and AEO rewards are subject to eligibility requirements.
