Advisory Services Manager - EDS - Remote

About the role

This role will lead complex enterprise program management efforts and shape how consulting engagements are delivered across healthcare client environments. The manager will define practical PMO standards, strengthen risk management discipline, and help teams improve execution through scalable use of AI-enabled tools. A strong client-facing presence is essential, along with the ability to advise senior stakeholders and drive measurable improvements in delivery quality and operational efficiency.

Location

Remote — US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation

$112,700 – $193,200 annually.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues and implement solutions
• Define and deploy PMO frameworks and best practices
• Drive scalable use of AI tools to enhance consulting delivery
• Advise clients on AI applications to improve business processes
• Monitor project milestones and proactively address emerging issues
• Develop and execute project risk management plans
• Build and maintain relationships with clients

Qualifications

• 7+ years of complex enterprise program management experience
• 7+ years of experience with MS Project or similar project management software
• 6+ years leading large-scale consulting engagements or healthcare projects in a client-facing role
• 6+ years working in an Agile environment
• 3+ years with a nationally recognized consulting firm or healthcare payer/provider system
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and deliverables
• Ability to present to senior executive audiences
