Advisory Services Director (EDS) - Remote

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery within the healthcare space. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client transformation programs and manage cross-functional workstreams
• Design and execute enterprise change management strategies
• Oversee operating-model design and redesign efforts to drive performance
• Shape vision and delivery of AI transformation programs
• Establish standards and governance for AI delivery strategy
• Advise clients on AI applications to enhance processes and performance
• Lead financial quantification and value realization workstreams

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise program management/consulting leadership in healthcare
• 6+ years experience in value quantification/business case engagement
• 5+ years leading enterprise transformation programs and change management
• 2+ years business development in professional services, including proposals
• Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modeling and analysis
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools and defining delivery standards

Pay

$134,600 – $230,800 annually
