Responsibilities
- Participate in a wide range of client engagements across industries (including financial services and government), supporting strategy, operating model design, transformation initiatives, implementation, testing, remediation and enterprise risk management
- Assess and enhance client compliance and risk management programs, including regulatory compliance, consumer protection, governance frameworks and enterprise risk processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute solutions that span risk, compliance, operations, technology, and business functions
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis using structured problem-solving approaches, translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients; support the design and implementation of innovative, technology-enabled solutions (such as, data analytics, machine learning and advanced tools) aligned to client strategic objectives
- Gather and evaluate information through client interviews, documentation review, system queries and internal and external research to support project delivery
- Contribute to practice and business development initiatives, including thought leadership, strategic growth efforts, training, and internal practice activities; develop and deliver clear, concise and high-quality client communications, including reports, presentations and executive-ready materials
- Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectively while adapting to evolving client needs and identifying solutions to challenges
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Business Management / Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, Risk Management, Law, Political Science or equivalent program from an accredited college or university
- Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above
- Coursework or experience with data analysis techniques such as Tableau, Qlikview; an understanding of programming languages (SAS, SQL, Python) is a plus; proficiency in MS Office applications, ability to work with large datasets; data/programming skills is a strong plus
- Fluency with artificial intelligence concepts and tools with ability to apply AI techniques to analyze and interpret data, using insights to solve problems and effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong in technical, business acumen, critical thinking and agility skills; demonstrated ability to excel and drive strategic outcomes, coupled with a professional demeanor and a collaborative leadership approach, in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for your own transportation, such as personal vehicle or public transportation, to get to and from office/client locations
- Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need; you must be located within the U.S. when working remotely; client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
