Advisory Endpoint Computing Administrator

About the role

Provide end-user technical computing break/fix support to users through troubleshooting, tracking, resolving and reporting progress and resolution of problems. Provide end-user service request fulfillment for installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for the end-user technical environment. Provides second-level technical support for all user devices. Support Information Technology asset management process.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, track, resolve, and report progress and resolution of problems in IT's end-user technical environment.
• Provide break/fix support to users.
• Provide end-user service request fulfillment for installations, moves, adds and changes for end-user technical environment.
• Provide second-level technical support for all user devices such as PC/desktops, laptops, tablets, PDA's, printers, etc.
• Support IT asset management process.

Requirements

• Prior Experience: 3+ years' endpoint computing experience.
• Related Insurance Industry Experience Preferred.
• Education: Associate degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
