Advisory Endpoint Computing Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical computing break/fix support to users through troubleshooting, tracking, resolving and reporting progress and resolution of problems.
• Provide end-user service request fulfillment for installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for the end-user technical environment.
• Provide second-level technical support for all user devices.
• Support Information Technology asset management process.

Qualifications

• Prior Experience: 3+ years’ endpoint computing experience.
• Related Insurance Industry Experience Preferred.
• Education: Associate degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
