Advisor Endzone & Loyalty (Front End)

As an Advisor, you’ll deliver a high-touch athlete experience by guiding athletes through checkout, loyalty programs, and services with confidence and expertise. Responsibilities

• Greet everyone (Teammates and Athletes) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs (e.g., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and laws/guidelines of external governing entities, including those of the Federal ATF.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (Teammates & Athletes) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
