About the role
Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. This program aims to develop advisors who can provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Obtain Securities Industry licenses through dedicated study time for SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams.
- Learn and acquire foundational skills to become an advisor, including client relationship management, complex financial picture consideration, and advice provision.
- Work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care.
- Progress through stages of development, starting as an ADP FSA I, then transitioning to an MFSA, and potentially becoming a core Merrill Financial Advisor.

Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
