Advisor, Business Operations
What You’ll Do
- Provide feedback to customer inquiries via email and phone interactions related to order status.
- Provide quotations, review purchase orders, and provide feedback to customers within 24 hours.
- Understand date management and coordinate with the planning department for the execution of orders and on-time shipments.
- Generate accurate and comprehensive documentation such as order confirmation, proforma invoices, proof of delivery, etc.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are being tracked and provide feedback if objectives are at risk.
- Create and upload necessary documentation such as installation, schematic, piping and diagram drawings, product manuals, specifications, quality documentation packages, and other required documents.
- Investigate and respond to requests for expediting shipments from customers, sales, and product management.
- Foster and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, and other cross-functional areas to ensure critical customer needs are met.
- Engage in proactive communications with Product Management, Account Managers, and Customer Enablement teams.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure informed decisions are made.
- Help enhance business processes aimed to improve efficiency and reduce transaction times.
What We Seek
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, or 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with SAP preferred or previous experience with other ERP systems.
- Mature, independent, accountable, and possesses a strong sense of ownership.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and accept direction and feedback.
- Accuracy, strategic thinking, and critical thinking skills.
- Willingness to learn and strive for excellence through continuous improvement.

Compensation
$75,000 - $80,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
