Advisor - Agile

About the role

We are looking for an experienced agile practitioner (3 to 5+ years) to join our team. Some of the frameworks that we regularly utilize are SAFe, LeSS, Scrum at Scale, Scrum, Kanban, etc. Our general approach is framework agnostic, choosing the best framework for the situation. Some experience with Agile Coaching is required.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in any field, or 3+ years of applicable experience.
• Many of our clients do support remote work. However, we are seeing a growing preference for hybrid schedules, with some clients requesting occasional on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Required Education & Experience: Bachelors or Masters in any field, or 3+ years of applicable experience.
• Travel Expectations: Many of our clients do support remote work. However, we are seeing a growing preference for hybrid schedules, with some clients requesting occasional on-site collaboration. Flexibility varies by engagement, and we work closely with our advisors and clients to find arrangements that meet everyone’s needs.
