Responsibilities
- Reimagine the product development life cycle and the role content design plays as an extension of content systems.
- Shape the future of AI-enabled member experiences across Pharmacy Benefit Services (PBS) and pharmacy-focused digital products.
- Combine content strategy, systems thinking, and emerging AI practices to create personalized, scalable solutions that help members understand and manage their pharmacy benefits.
- Build content systems, skills, and capabilities that bring content design into an AI-enabled future.
