Advertising Sales Executive, Print & Digital (Utility / Fleet / B2B Media)

A niche B2B media company that is the industry's leading publisher and event producer dedicated to utility safety, operations, and leadership is hiring an Advertising Sales Executive. The company publishes two trade magazines, produces premier industry events, runs educational programs, and manages associations that connect utility communities around innovation and best practices. Responsibilities

• Selling advertising across print publications and digital platforms including newsletters, sponsored content, webinars, and online campaigns
• Developing and managing a pipeline of new and existing advertisers within the utility and fleet industries
• Building strong relationships with marketing leaders and executives
• Creating customized advertising solutions aligned with client goals and budgets
• Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue targets
• Collaborating with editorial, marketing, and production teams to ensure successful campaign execution
• Staying informed on industry trends, regulations, and key players within the utility and fleet markets
• Traveling to industry events 3-6 times per year

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or B2B sales preferred
• Experience selling print and/or digital advertising preferred
• Knowledge of or exposure to utility, fleet, safety, construction, or industrial markets is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools
