Advertising Operations Manager
This position is based at our Bellevue, WA HQ and offers a hybrid work scenario with three days in office.
About the role
This role is responsible for developing and implementing advertising programs and monetization strategies for T-Ads and its clients. The Advertising Operations Manager is a skilled practitioner in monetization techniques and their application via execution and enablement platforms within the T-Ads advertising stack. As part of the Media Monetization Strategy & Success organization, they work collaboratively across the organization to achieve the best outcomes through execution excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement monetization strategies using first and third-party platforms to enhance revenue and meet client objectives
- Analyze advertising product performance and identify gaps to recommend improvements and raise issues appropriately
- Lead advertising campaign execution, including configuration, quality assurance, and performance optimization to meet client goals
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to maintain advantageous supply relationships and optimize portfolio configurations
- Communicate performance insights and operational updates to support client-facing teams and internal partners
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
- Acceptable areas of study include Communications, Advertising, Marketing, STEM
- 2-4 years Ad Operations experience in a publisher or an advertising agency
- One or more relevant certifications: DMP, SSP, DSPs; Google Ad Manager certification, The Trade Desk programmatic ads certification, etc.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Limited travel required

Pay
Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $73,040 - $131,780 (combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity). Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.
National Base Pay Range: $66,400 - $119,800. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on work location, qualifications, and experience.
