About the Role
NorthStar Anesthesia is one of the largest anesthesia management companies in the country. We partner with over 150 hospitals and surgery centers across 20+ states, encompassing more than 2000 providers nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care under the supervision of an anesthesiologist
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs during surgical procedures
- Assist with post-operative care and recovery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current license to practice as a CRNA in all states
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
Skills
- Proficient in anesthesia administration techniques
- Knowledgeable in pharmacology and physiology
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
