About the Role

Average work schedule includes 16-hour shifts, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases including hearts, thoracic, neurology, pediatrics, general, robots, vascular, OBGYN, urology, orthopedic, eyes, plastics, and NORA.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements

• Current CRNA license in the state of Michigan.
• At least 3 years of experience as a CRNA.
• Experience with a wide range of surgical specialties.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of anesthesia techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficient in anesthesia equipment and techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
