NorthStar is seeking a Chief in Bolingbrook to join our team of Full Time CRNAs and help lead the team. Increased compensation with experience. PTO starts at 6 weeks but increases with experience as well! Signing on with a colleague? Added bonuses for eligible candidates signing on as a group.

Cases include: General, endo, ortho, epidurals, c-sections and more. Located at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Boilingbrook in Boilingbrook, Illinois.

Responsibilities
- Lead the anesthesia department in providing high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage the daily operations of the anesthesia department
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- At least 5 years of experience as a CRNA
- Current license to practice in Illinois
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong clinical skills
- Experience with various anesthesia techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
