Advanced Therapies Nurse Specialist

About the role

Responsible for providing advanced nursing care in a clinical setting. Conducts assessments, develops and implements treatment plans, and coordinates patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient care coordination
• Document patient care activities and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of [State]
• Experience in advanced nursing practice, preferably in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
• Completion of relevant continuing education courses
