Advanced Therapies Benefits Specialist

About the role

Responsible for managing employee benefits enrollment and communications for Advanced Therapies. This includes coordinating with HR and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely benefit information is provided to employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee benefits enrollment processes including open enrollment, mid-year changes, and retirements.
• Communicate with employees regarding benefits options, changes, and deadlines through various channels such as email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with HR and external vendors to gather and disseminate benefit information to employees.
• Handle inquiries from employees regarding benefits questions and discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute benefit-related reports and summaries as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a benefits administration role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of major employer health insurance plans and benefits offerings.
• Experience with benefits software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of payroll and timekeeping systems.

Pay

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
