About the Opportunity

The Advanced System Technician II role based in Hawaii focuses on delivering advanced technical support for the company's products and systems. This position plays a critical role in resolving escalated customer service issues, supporting engineering, technical support teams, and sales operations both domestically and internationally. The role ensures smooth operation and satisfaction for customers by troubleshooting and resolving complex software, hardware, and network problems.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced technical support by troubleshooting software, network, and hardware issues
  • Serve as the interface between customers and third-party product suppliers on technical issues
  • Communicate with customers regarding product functions, requirements, data analysis, and defect reporting
  • Support and coach Level 1 technicians and installers

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent industry experience in information technology or related field
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, VPN, Visio, and TCP/IP networks
  • Relevant experience in system-level testing, servers, and software application testing
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical network support and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Base Salary $73,000-$78,000, determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, and market data
