Advanced Specialty Staff RN - Chemotherapy
About the role
Under general supervision, the Patient Care Coordinator provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures. In collaboration with the physician, MT, patient, the patient's family and other members of the health care team, the Patient Care Coordinator assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and coordinates treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Assesses patients' needs and develops individualized care plans
- Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
- Provides direct nursing care as per established protocols
- Affirms patient/family education regarding their care plan
- Evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans accordingly
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Montana Registered Nurse License
- BLS – American Heart Association
- One year of nursing experience

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
This position is part-time and operates on a day shift schedule.
