About the role

Join our team as an Advanced Acquisitions Representative, where your advanced sales skills and closing experience will directly drive our continued growth. We’re looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in high-volume phone sales and deal negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with motivated sellers across multiple markets, uncovering their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to successfully close property contracts.
  • Must be available 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST with the expectation that some time outside of these hours may be required (i.e., evenings and Saturdays).

Requirements

  • 1 year of sales experience (Required)
  • Previous Real Estate Wholesale experience required
  • An intermediate understanding of transactional Real Estate is required

Compensation

  • Multiple Compensation Options Available
  • PTO is Available for anyone who meets their quarterly quota early
  • Total Yearly Compensation between $125,000 - $250,000 (With on-track performance)

Promotion Pathway

  • Opportunity for promotion to Sales Manager for individuals demonstrating exemplary effort and results over a 10-12 month period.

Compensation

$125,000 - $200,000/year
