About the role
Under the supervision of a licensed Radiologic Technologist, the Radiology Supervisor, Manager/Director of Imaging Services, and Radiologist, this position performs diagnostic radiology procedures. The role is responsible for obtaining optimal image quality while providing personalized care to patients across various age groups, from neonates to the geriatric population.
Responsibilities
- Performs radiographic imaging procedures
- Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards
- Maintains optimal image quality
- Provides personalized care to patients
- Adapts to fast-paced daily work environment
- Communicates effectively with patients and colleagues
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in the second year of a nationally accredited School of Radiologic Technology
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge

- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manipulate radiology equipment
- Knowledge of exposure factors
- Physical ability to lift, move, and transport patients
- Ability to recognize and respond to emergencies
