About the Role

Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Current national certification and DEA are required. Current NY state license is a plus.

The Practice

  • 15-bed critical access hospital
  • 5-bed Emergency Department
  • Annual volume of 3,800 with 13-15 patients daily

Pay

Salary range for this role is $100 - $115 per hour.
