Responsibilities
- Rotate between Ascension Via Christi Hospital – St. Joseph, Ascension Via Christi Hospital – St. Teresa, and Ascension Via Christi Hospital – St. Francis.
- Work in an 801-bed facility with a Level I Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, burn unit, and tertiary care center.
- Treat patients in a 30-bed main ED with an annual volume of 55,000+ and all backup specialties.
- Leverage Vituity scribe assistance for physicians.
- Participate in accredited Chest pain and STEMI Center and Bariatric Center of Excellence.
- Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
Requirements
- 2+ years of ED experience required.
- Current national certification and DEA required.
- Current KS state license, PALS and ACLS are a plus.
Qualifications
- Must be board certified or eligible for board certification.
- Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Kansas.
- Must have a current DEA license.
