About the role

This position will be located in Roy, UT and be responsible for executing NGDS scope for the Take Charge and Move Out (TACAMO) Program. The TACAMO Program includes survivable communication links designed to maintain communications between U.S. decision-makers and the triad of strategic weapon delivery systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute program budgets and schedules that meet Customer and Northrop Grumman standards.
  • Direct and control program activities across multiple functions and suppliers.
  • Oversee subcontractor(s)' activities, in partnership with Global Supply Chain Management, to ensure hardware integration and successful program performance.
  • Ensure program team understands and adheres to contract scope and manages changes throughout program execution.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and intimacy to develop further opportunities within the customer community.
  • Support regular customer interactions and maintain customer dialogue to assess program execution effectiveness.
  • Provide overall leadership and direction to the program team to accomplish goals and achieve desired results.
  • Conduct thorough risk & opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation, and realization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and a minimum 8 years of related experience or Master’s degree with 6 years of related experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience.
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in a management position.
  • Experience as an Earned Value Management System Control Account Manager (EVMS CAM) and/or past profit and loss statement (P&L) accountability.
  • Proven ability to deliver effective communication verbally, written, and through well-crafted presentations across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple functional groups, subcontracts, and government customer representatives.
  • PMP Certification.

Qualifications

  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.
  • Nuclear Hardness & Survivability (NH&S) Experience or Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Experience, preferably both.

Pay

The primary level salary range for this position is $139,100.00 - $208,700.00. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
