Advanced Engineering Program Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• Work across the organization to remove roadblocks for the project completion and revenue recognition.
• Clearly tie the roadblocks to the business impact to help drive the right sense of urgency.
• Create and organize action items and drive the action owners to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Report progress to senior management.
• Develop detailed reporting and a streamlined process, including a proper escalation path and overall awareness across the company.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required, MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing operations program management.
• Strong program management skills.
• Strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
• Creative problem-solving and ability to work with ambiguity.
• Drive for quick results with vision of long term strategy.
• Ability to lead projects and others successfully.

About the Role

This role will report to Senior Director, Materials Program Management and based in Newark, DE. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.

Pay

$110,700.00 - $159,300.00

Schedule

Full-time, 5 days a week.
