About the role

The mission of Advanced Technology (AT) Programs is to be the affordable source of new, unparalleled capabilities to our warfighters and civil authorities by:

  • The creation of competitive technology discriminators
  • The seamless transition of next-generation solutions, partners, markets, and customers
  • Collaborating to enhance development capability across RTX

Responsibilities

  • RLPM Gate Process management
  • Monthly report preparation
  • NBI budget control
  • Program Management report oversight
  • Sharepoint Administration
  • BOE writer and approver
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present presentations to customers/internal management
  • Lead and/or coordinate the development of proposals, statements of work and specifications, estimation of product/service costs

Qualifications

  • You Must Have:
    • A typical Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
    • A minimum 8 years of prior engineering experience
    • Experience in Contract Research & Development in areas such as new business capture, proposal development, technology evaluation, program management, technical contribution, or related contract development experience
  • We Prefer:
    • An MS in Engineering, Sciences, or Management
    • Program Management Certification or knowledge of PM lifecycle
    • Experience with business tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project and Documentation management sites such as Sharepoint
    • Cost Account Management (CAM) experience
    • Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience
    • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARS)
    • Experience in obtaining Intellectual Property on emerging technologies
    • Leading Internal Research & Development project
    • An active secret clearance is desired

$107,500 - $204,500 USD
